Our Process & Strategic Information Disclosure

When engaging a prospective client, the IWG broker used to send out what we referred to as the ‘Chunky Email’ a lengthy correspondence in email form which contained multiple explanations, links, access credentials and other pertinent information on many of our processes.
In regard to this very important 'Chunky Email' content, we decided that the email is no longer the best way in communicating such a bulk amount of information, and so created a web page.
As this is for client access only, we have placed this in a secured area on our website which is not for public access.
If you have questions about our processes, we would ordinarily not provide immediate or direct answers, as doing so would bypass the essential steps of true understanding of the processes in establishing investment vehicles, platforms, instruments and their relevant structures.
As client relationships are critical to us and last a lifetime, it is imperative that clients understand the capitalisation models that IWG provide on a global scale.
The information we share is intended to guide the client toward a clear and comprehensive understanding, appreciation of what we do, how we operate, why our approach is effective and how we achieve the outcomes we deliver.
This is not a matter of simple or quick answers to individual questions, but rather a structured and thoughtful process.
Our services are detailed and complex and because it directly impacts both individuals, the client entity and us as the investors, the results are designed to have lasting, long-term significance.
This is a journey of ongoing development and stewardship. While the process is not unnecessarily lengthy, it is also never rushed.
We do not offer pre-packaged solutions or “off-the-shelf” options. Every investment or financial structure we create is bespoke, carefully designed with a specific purpose and tailored to meet individual objectives.
At its core, the most important aspect is developing a deep understanding of the process. This involves your active participation at a granular level, from initial creation and establishment through to execution and ongoing management.
Ultimately, clarity comes from understanding, and understanding eliminates confusion.
