INNOVO FUND (INNOVO = Latin for Renewing or Innovation) - Private Equity non-listed Fund
The Innovo Private Equity Investment Fund is a sub fund of the Regalis Global Investment Umbrella Fund, structured in Liechtenstein as part of the Regalis umbrella architecture. Innovo is the sub fund within the Regalis structure dedicated to private equity investment into innovation led industries, providing institutional capital to credible projects that sit at the forefront of technological, environmental and commercial advancement.
The fund deploys capital into private equity opportunities across Information Technology and software development, renewable energy, aviation, leisure, sport and services industries, together with any other credible and innovative project that falls within these related sectors. Innovo's mandate is intentionally broad within this asset class.
Rather than confining itself to a single vertical, the fund is designed to identify and capitalise genuinely innovative commercial initiatives wherever they arise across these industries, provided the underlying project meets IWG's rigorous standard of due diligence and demonstrable credibility.
Innovo is an unlisted private equity fund, meaning it operates outside public listed markets while maintaining institutional standards of governance, transparency and reporting consistent with the wider Regalis umbrella structure.
The fund is intended for ISIN registration through a private investment fund listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany, providing it with a recognised European reference point within the institutional financial ecosystem while retaining its character as a private, non-public investment vehicle.
As with all sub funds beneath the Regalis Global Investment Umbrella Fund, Innovo is non terminal, carrying no fixed expiry or wind up date, and open ended, with no ceiling placed on the scale of capital the fund may ultimately raise.
Within this structure, Innovo can commit up to €225 million to any single credible project within its asset class, subject always to the project satisfying IWG's due diligence and risk governance requirements. The fund's first disbursement target has been set at €15 million, marking the initial deployment phase as Innovo establishes its early portfolio of credible, innovation focused projects.
Innovo reflects IWG's broader philosophy that credible projects deserve credible financial structures and credible capital. Every project considered for investment by the fund undergoes deep due diligence scrutiny, assessed against rigorous financial and business model stress tests, before any capital is committed.
IWG retains full control over the fund's disbursement, subscription and redemption processes at all times, with no client cash flowing through IWG directly and maintains monitoring and reporting to the fund at a consistently high standard of institutional excellence.
For sponsors and project owners operating within Innovo's target industries, the fund offers a route to institutional grade private equity capital, backed by the governance, oversight and structuring discipline of the Regalis Global Investment Umbrella Fund and the wider Integer Wealth Global Group.
All other funds besides these are funds which we design and establish for our clients who have multiple credible projects. We remain in control of the investment fund disbursement, subscriptions and redemptions alike, without any cash flowing through us, and that the monitoring and reporting to the fund remains at a level of excellence at all times.
The funds are purpose specific and for the same purpose in such that the client has multiple similar industry sector credible projects. A credible project is a commercial development opportunity which under deep due diligence scrutiny, passes financial and business model stress tests, yet remains robust in its ability to perform positively and yield predetermined minimum returns on investments and/or debt finance.
