VIRIDIS CASTELLUM FUND (VIRIDIS CASTELLUM = Latin for Green Castle) - Private Equity non-listed Fund
The Viridis Castellum Investment Fund is an unlisted private equity sub-fund constituted beneath the Regalis Global Investment Umbrella Fund. The Fund is a fixed asset class vehicle, purpose specific for the investment of private property and private fixed asset property development, together with their peripheral sectors.
The Fund is a regulated private investment fund, registered in Gibraltar, and is purposed for the private group, staff, family and acquaintance investments of the UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) of the Fund and their related credible projects. In keeping with its private character, the Fund is not open to public subscription, and access remains restricted to those connected to the UBO through the relationships described above.
The Fund will further be listed as a private investment fund on the Swiss SIX Stock Exchange, for the purposes of its ISIN registration.
Structure and Investment Parameters
Viridis Castellum is structured as a non-terminal fund, carrying no fixed expiry or wind-down date, and as an open-ended fund, carrying no ceiling on the total capital it may receive.
Within its private property and fixed asset development asset class, the Fund may invest into any credible project up to €225 million per project. The Fund's first disbursement target has been set at €10 million, marking the initial deployment of capital into its first qualifying project.
A credible project is a commercial development opportunity which, under deep due diligence scrutiny, passes financial and business model stress tests, yet remains robust in its ability to perform positively and to yield predetermined minimum returns on investment and/or debt finance.
All other funds besides these are funds which we design and establish for our clients who have multiple credible projects. We remain in control of the investment fund disbursement, subscriptions and redemptions alike, without any cash flowing through us, and that the monitoring and reporting to the fund remains at a level of excellence at all times.
The funds are purpose specific and for the same purpose in such that the client has multiple similar industry sector credible projects.

We have designed and planed the new fund dealing only in ETF’s and corporate bonds which was launched in mid 2023 too with steady growth success, but more on that later in 2024.
