REGALIS GLOBAL INVESTMENT FUND (REGALIS = Latin for Regal) – Fund of Funds
Regalis Global Investment Fund is the jewel in the crown of Integer Wealth Global. Registered in Liechtenstein, Regalis is IWG's own umbrella fund, established to house the Group's primary private equity funds:
Armorum
Tellus
Nummus
Ferrum
Innovo
Viridis Castellum
Together, these constitute the IWG collective wealth creation funds, the core private equity strategies through which the Group builds long term value for its institutional investors.
Regalis was originally established as a single fund. With its registration in Liechtenstein, Regalis has evolved into an umbrella fund, a single legal structure comprising multiple sub-funds, each with its own investment mandate and asset focus, while benefiting from the shared institutional infrastructure, oversight, and capital markets standing of the umbrella as a whole.
The six IWG private equity funds above sit as primary sub-funds within Regalis. Client funds established by IWG for external projects are in turn, also constituted as sub-funds beneath the same umbrella, distinct in mandate from the six primary funds but equal in structural standing.
It is the combined strength and proven performance of these underlying funds that gives Regalis its standing with institutional capital. This institutional traction, in turn, benefits the wider network, client funds listed beneath the Regalis umbrella are capitalised more swiftly and the umbrella structure as a whole is managed with greater effectiveness to the lasting benefit of investor returns and the capital available to our clients.

All other funds besides Regalis itself are funds which we design and establish for our clients who have multiple credible projects. We remain in control of the investment fund disbursement, subscriptions, and redemptions alike, without any cash flowing through us, ensuring that monitoring and reporting to the fund remains at a level of excellence at all times.
These client funds are purpose specific, in that each client typically has multiple similar industry sector credible projects.
