Objective

To provide management oversight and governance of our member companies within the Integer Wealth Global group of companies.

Through collaborative management and oversight governance, at Integer Wealth Global we continually establish and grow our revenue, cash reserves, assets and equity value through the promotion and stake holding of revenue generation of member companies through the scaling of their operations within their core competencies to obtain a robust value for Integer Wealth Global S.A., our subsidiaries and member companies, our staff and our shareholders, justifying sufficient value for a stock exchange listing by 2025. (Stock Exchange to be announced late 2024)

Mission

To support and manage the Integer Wealth Global member companies and establishing ever increasing value in the group for our project clients, stakeholders, shareholders, management, staff and primarily our investors, by supporting and promoting both existing and the creation of new user-friendly policies and procedures, and constantly refining existing products and services and embracing and employing technological and disruptive thinking methodologies.
