Dear Readers
Here’s something to consider. Why hand a cut of every project to a fund?
Why hand a cut of every project or your company, to a venture capitalist, a private equity, a bank or lender, an institution or anyone else for that matter?
Why hand a significant portion of what you create to someone or something in exchange just for the short term risk it took to capitalise your projects?
Why approach a bank or lender to provide you with the cash you need to begin, continue, or scale your projects, and subject yourself and your business to strenuous time frames and high interest rates or returns payable usually from month one?
Why, when you can have your own investment fund, providing you with a perpetual stream of investment capital into your own fund, with capital provided by institutions through long term investments who do not necessarily require to be paid back immediately either, if ever. Then further, by continually adding credible projects to your own fund which consequently keeps developing capital attraction to it, and which removes the necessity for you to ever ask anyone or apply to anything for funding again?
Why would you not want to do that?
