INTEGER WEALTH GLOBAL - FINANCE
IWG Finance
.
Integer Wealth Global (IWG) is pleased to announce a new ‘Group-Level’ initiative to provide corporate clients with structured access to the heavy plant and equipment their operations require, delivered through the Armorum Investment Fund — the PP&E and equipment finance sub-fund of the Regalis Global Investment Umbrella Fund.
This initiative represents a significant development in IWG's institutional finance platform and reflects the Group's strategic commitment to providing practical, structured solutions to corporate clients operating in capital-intensive sectors. Rather than extending credit facilities, the Armorum Fund will itself procure the equipment required by each client and subsequently lease that equipment to the client for use in their operations. This model places Armorum in the role of equipment owner and lessor, delivering a clean, asset-backed structure that is both operationally straightforward for the client and fully consistent with IWG's institutional governance framework.

DELIVERING VEHICLE Armorum Investment Fund | Sub-fund of the Regalis Global Investment Umbrella Fund PP&E Finance Mandate Liechtenstein registered (Pending) · Luxembourg Stock Exchange Listed (Pending) · IWG Group initiative | |||
The Armorum Investment Fund was established specifically to house IWG's PP&E and equipment finance activities within the Regalis umbrella structure, and is pending it registration in Liechtenstein with a proposed listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The activation of its equipment procurement and leasing function marks Armorum's transition into an operationally active asset-owning vehicle, deploying institutional capital directly into productive equipment assets on behalf of corporate clients across international markets.
PP&E Finance DEFINED
The Armorum equipment leasing model is structured around a straightforward three-stage process. When a corporate client approaches IWG with a requirement for heavy plant or operational equipment, the Armorum Fund steps in as the purchasing entity, acquiring the equipment directly from the relevant supplier or manufacturer. The equipment is then leased to the client under a structured lease agreement, giving the client full operational use of the asset whilst Armorum retains ownership throughout the lease term. This approach offers clear practical advantages for all parties:
The client gains access to the equipment their operations require without the capital outlay of outright purchase, preserving their working capital and balance sheet capacity.
Armorum, as legal owner of the equipment, holds a direct, tangible asset position throughout the lease term, providing a robust and transparent security structure underpinning each transaction.
The model requires no credit licence on the part of IWG or the Armorum Fund, as no credit is being extended — the Fund is acting as a commercial equipment lessor, a well-established and clearly defined activity in international asset finance.
Lease terms will be structured in accordance with IWG's investment and risk management methodologies, with each transaction assessed individually and calibrated to the productive life and residual value profile of the underlying equipment.
Initial Equipment Focus
The inaugural phase of the Armorum PP&E finance offering will concentrate on three strategically selected categories of heavy plant equipment, each representing significant capital commitment and well-established international market demand:
Construction & Mining Core infrastructure and civil engineering equipment, essential to construction projects across European and emerging market geographies. | Earth Moving & Rigging Heavy earthmoving and site preparation machinery deployed across construction, mining, and land development operations globally. | Oil Drilling & Rigs Specialist hydrocarbon extraction and production equipment serving energy sector corporate clients with significant capital equipment requirements. |
|
Expansion to additional equipment categories and industrial sectors will be pursued on a phased basis, in line with Armorum's broader mandate and the progressive development of its procurement and leasing capability.
Approach & Governance
All transactions executed through the Armorum Fund will be structured in accordance with IWG's established investment and risk management methodologies, ensuring full consistency with the institutional standards applied across the Regalis umbrella and the wider IWG Group platform.
Equipment procurement mandates will be assessed exclusively on a corporate-client basis, with each transaction subject to IWG's proprietary counterparty and asset risk framework.
Lease structures will be calibrated to the productive life, market liquidity, and residual value profile of each individual equipment asset, ensuring alignment between lease terms and underlying asset economics.
Armorum will operate as a fully integrated component of the IWG Group's institutional finance platform, governed under the same fiduciary and multi-jurisdictional oversight standards as the wider Regalis umbrella.
As an equipment lessor rather than a credit provider, the Armorum Fund operates outside the scope of credit licensing requirements, giving both IWG and its clients the benefit of a structurally cleaner and more operationally agile financing solution.

|
This initiative reflects IWG's broader strategic ambition to position the Regalis umbrella's sub-fund as operationally active, sector-specific finance vehicles and not solely as investment funds, and to extend the Group's institutional capabilities directly into the real economic requirements of the corporate clients it serves.
Corporate clients and counterparties wishing to register an early expression of interest in Armorum's equipment leasing programme are invited to contact the IWG Group office directly at info@integerwealth.global. Full details regarding the equipment categories available, lease terms and operational commencement will be published in due course.
