INTEGER WEALTH GLOBAL - DISCLAIMERS

IWG Disclaimers

.

Integer Wealth Global (IWG) periodically becomes aware of individuals, companies, or operations that claim, imply, or otherwise represent to third parties that they are affiliated with, endorsed by, acting on behalf of, or in partnership with IWG or its group of companies.

IWG wishes to state clearly that it does not endorse, sponsor, or accept responsibility for the activities, products, or conduct of any third party save where a current, formal, and documented agreement exists between that party and IWG.

Where IWG has, at any time, entered into a business relationship, referral arrangement, advisory engagement, or collaborative association with a third party, such an arrangement does not constitute, and should never be understood to constitute, an endorsement by IWG of that party's ongoing conduct, business model, or operations, whether during or after the period of that arrangement. Any past association, however brief or informal, confers no continuing authority on that party to represent itself as connected to IWG.

IWG expressly distances itself from any entity that:

  • represents itself as an IWG group company, subsidiary, agent, or partner without a current, valid, and documented agreement to that effect;

  • uses the IWG name, brand, or reputation to lend credibility to its own operations, solicitations, or client dealings;

  • claims a present or ongoing relationship with IWG that IWG has not itself confirmed in writing;

  • has previously had a limited or exploratory engagement with IWG which it has since misrepresented as a broader, deeper, or continuing association.

Clients and counterparties dealing with any third party that claims an association with IWG are advised to seek direct written confirmation from IWG before relying on such a claim. IWG will not accept liability for losses, damages, or disputes arising from a third party's conduct where no current and documented agreement exists between that party and IWG.

This notice is maintained by IWG as a standing position and applies to any entity or individual, past or present, whose claims of association with IWG have not been verified and authorised directly by IWG.

Disclaimer: Corinth Switzerland

Brief: Regarding a former referral relationship and subsequent client concerns.

In 2020, Martin Walter Model, representing a Swiss entity then known as Corinth Investments, approached IWG Dr Marc Bandemer, at the time Chief Executive Officer of Integer Wealth Global (IWG), to propose a collaborative arrangement. The proposal was for Corinth to onboard clients who did not qualify under IWG's own investment models and compliance standards, and to fund their projects through trading activity based on deposits those clients would place directly with Corinth.

On the strength of an existing relationship with a qualified investment manager in Cyprus, IWG agreed to the proposal.

As the relationship developed, IWG carried out its own due diligence on Corinth and identified a number of irregularities. Corinth held a lengthy client list, but IWG found no record of any client having achieved a successful fundraising outcome through Corinth. Corinth's model appeared to involve taking client deposits, typically between €500,000 and several million euros, placing these into trades over a fixed period (usually three months), and paying clients from the resulting proceeds. IWG considered the contractual documentation underpinning these arrangements to be inadequate.

Although IWG kept its distance from Corinth's operational processes, it referred two qualifying clients to Corinth, in each case under IWG's standard waiver and disclaimer confirming no claim against, no involvement in, and no participation by IWG in Corinth's process or model.

Both referred clients subsequently returned to IWG reporting that they had paid substantial sums to Corinth without any result. On further questioning, the clients indicated that Corinth had repeatedly introduced additional, shifting compliance requirements that were never satisfied and never led to any outcome. It later became apparent, to both the clients and IWG, that Corinth's trading processes did not produce, and had apparently never produced, any genuine results.

For the avoidance of doubt: Corinth has never formed part of the IWG group, and no IWG executive has held a management role at Corinth. Martin Walter Model did hold a brief advisory role with IWG for a short period in 2021, which has since ended.

Corinth has since removed its original website and now operates a new one, currently at www.cgoch.com, under a further new name, "The Corinth Group." IWG understands this pattern of rebranding, including changes to email addresses, phone numbers, and domain names, to be a recurring feature of the operation. As at the date of this notice, Corinth, under whichever name it currently trades, remains based in Switzerland. Corporate records identify Jurate Kairiene, understood to be Martin Walter Model's wife, as the entity's ultimate beneficial owner.

IWG has no current or ongoing association with Corinth, The Corinth Group, or Martin Walter Model, and wishes to place clearly on record its distance from this operation.
