Business Development Manager

We require a ‘Business Development Manager’ in our ‘Business and Client Relations Development’ department. The successful person would operate independently under contract with Integer Wealth Global and must be fluent in financial and funding terminology as also have 10 or more years’ experience in a business-related industry sector of sourcing deals and projects which require funding, debt structured finance or investment.

The ‘Business Development Manager’ will be responsible for managing clients, their credible projects and client communications within their alternative investment funds in multiple industry sectors globally, including but not limited to:

• Property development
• Capital and plant equipment acquisition
• Construction and civil engineering
• Production and plant acquisition and development
• Capital infrastructure
• Aviation
• Leisure industry
• Oil and gas
• Technology and innovation
• Renewable energy

Clients will need to be managed both locally and globally and all clients are in non-conflict zones within stable economic regions.

The successful incumbent person should be a professionally well presented, highly driven, self-motivated individual with own transport and own operational infrastructure i.e. mobile telephone, computer, vehicle.

A valid passport is required and be able to travel internationally.

The successful candidate will be well presented, need to speak, read and write fluent English, be totally computer literate, and an articulate communicator with a friendly demeanour. Senior candidates are preferred.

• A command of French and German is preferred but is not a necessity.
• Costs will be covered and remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualification.
• Hours are flexitime, decentralised and location is not relevant.
• The position is available immediately.

Deal Originators, Introducers and Brokers

Integer Wealth Global (IWG) is always searching for quality assistance from 'Deal Originators', 'Introducers' and 'Brokers' to develop the IWG order book. For this we offer generous compensation and commissions which are contractually secured with IWG.

The 'Deal Originator'

A 'Deal Originator' is someone who brings a party (corporate or business) to another party, such as Integer Wealth Global, for the express purpose of a transaction and further transactions and services thereafter. At a basic level, they originate a contact and introduce one contact to another. At an economic level, they usually introduce deals to companies that result in a transaction or multiple transactions and the relationship between the parties then produce economic results through such relationships of introduction.

The 'Introducer/Broker'

An Introducer is a broker who is qualified and licenced under various commercial licences which are required to perform fiduciary functions throughout the life cycle of a transaction or multiple transactions, and provide ongoing services, post transaction/s, under their licences. An introducer is in essence a licenced broker, who operates individually or through their licenced principle. The introducer becomes a broker if they become or are part of a 'Brokerage'. If these individuals are not operating under a brokerage, then they are introducers and operate under their own regulated licences and are registered under such licences in a personal capacity.

Individuals must be professionally articulate, well presented, highly driven and self-motivated with own transport and own operational infrastructure i.e. mobile telephone, computer, vehicle etc.

A valid passport is required and be able to travel internationally to client sites in non conflict zones only.

Individuals receive the same (ongoing) training and IWG management provide support at international level, to such services to enable the most fluent manner of the individual's operation, an IWG corporate email and other peripheral operational equipment and corporate identity material.

Individuals or businesses acting as brokerages would operate independently under contract with Integer Wealth Global and must be fluent in financial and funding terminology as also have 5 or more years’ experience in a business-related industry sector of sourcing deals and projects which require funding, debt structured finance or investment in multiple industry sectors globally, including but not limited to:

• Property development
• Capital and plant equipment acquisition
• Construction and civil engineering
• Production and plant acquisition and development
• Capital infrastructure
• Aviation
• Leisure industry
• Oil and gas
• Technology and innovation
• Renewable energy
• Banking
• Capital investment 

Senior candidates are preferred.
