Why the IWG 'Network Membership Licence' Is Priced in the Format It Is.
At Integer Wealth Global we believe that transparency builds trust and when it comes to the pricing of our Network Membership Licence, we want every prospective member firm to understand not just what they are paying for, but precisely what they are receiving and why the investment makes compelling financial sense right from day one.
The 'IWG Network Membership Licence' (NML) is not a franchise fee, a registration charge nor an access subscription. It is the acquisition of an exclusive institutional right. The right to operate as the recognised IWG presence in one of the world's primary financial jurisdictions, backed by a European-headquartered governance framework, a global network referral infrastructure and a proprietary investment structuring methodology developed to the standards expected by the most sophisticated institutional investors in the world.
Our three-tier pricing structure, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 have been determined through a rigorous analysis of four factors:
the political and financial stability of each region
the economic density of its investor and project base
the affordability of market entry relative to regional operating norms
and most decisively, the demonstrable return on investment available to every member firm operating at even the most conservative entry-level scale.
The economics are straightforward and uncomplicated. An IWG member firm attracting just five institutional clients, with each supported by an IWG International-capitalised investment fund of even the entry level of EUR 200 million, each yielding approximately EUR 11 million in returns, generates fund yield income alone that recovers the licence fee many times over.
Add the ongoing monthly management fees earned from governing each active fund, and across a five-year horizon the net economic surplus available to an entry-level member firm exceeds EUR 100 million at every tier, representing a return on the licence investment of between 542% and 1,182% depending on the jurisdiction.

Introducing Brokers & Intermediaries — Exceptional Earnings for Exceptional Introductions
If you or your organisation frequently engage or work with regulated financial institutions, investment managers, family offices or capital market professionals across any of our target jurisdictions, introducing the right party to an IWG Network Membership Licence represents one of the most rewarding single-transaction commissions available in the financial services sector today.
For every qualified introduction that successfully results in the purchase of an IWG Network Membership Licence, the introducing broker receives a base commission of 3.85% of the total Licence Fee paid, payable upon clearance of the Licence Fee in full.
In context, a single successful introduction in a Tier 1 jurisdiction generates a broker commission of EUR 924,000. A Tier 2 introduction earns EUR 616,000, and a Tier 3 introduction EUR 423,500, all from a single transaction.
There is no cap on the number of introductions a broker may make, and commission agreements are documented and protected by a formal Introducer Agreement issued by IWG International prior to any introduction being registered.

Early registration of your introduction is essential as IWG operates a strict first-registration policy to protect your commission entitlement.
All introducing broker arrangements are subject to a signed Introducer Agreement with IWG International. Commission is payable only where the introduction is registered prior to first contact with the prospective member firm and results in a fully executed licence agreement and cleared Licence Fee payment.
Introducing brokers must satisfy applicable regulatory requirements in their own jurisdiction regarding the receipt of introducer fees.
