We have left the premises at Farnborough Airport as we are currently finalising the purchase and occupancy of our very own first 'IWG Dedicated' building in Mayfair, in London (W1K 2NG), as IWG is moving its Regalis Global Investment Fund (RGIF) into the UK.
We are most excited to reach this level in growth and once all 6 floors of our new building are setup and occupied by IWG and the RGIF, we will announce the move with full media coverage.
The process is taking somewhat longer than what is expected due to regulatory compliance, banking and legal issues however this is all being finalised as at mid June 2026, the time of this post. A second building, also in Mayfair, London is also currently being negotiated for further expansion for another IWG division.

As we are continuously growing, both locally in Europe, in the UK and beyond, to facilitate progressive scaling we again have moved in England (October 2023) from our lengthy tenure at our offices from the University of Reading in Berkshire, England, to our new home in Southampton.
Since then we again needed to acclimatise to the scaling requirements and moved once again to our new address at Farnborough Airport in Hampshire.
We can now be found at the prestigious 'The Hub, Fowler Avenue, Farnborough Airport, Hampshire, GU14 7JF in England.
Our new head office is now in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, Europe at 12c Impasse Drosbach L-1882, Luxembourg. The relocation of our head office and primary operations are due to us needing to being within closer proximity to our investment funds, our bank, our staff, local regulators and the relevant stock exchanges and governance partners such as our European based accountants and lawyers, the courts, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and other critically influential contributors to our processes.
The operational primary offices to our ever scaling business jurisdictions are in Nicosia in Cyprus, which is the new Integer Wealth Global CY Ltd, operational centre at 12 Kennedy Avenue, Office 203 Kennedy Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Nicosia, 1087, Cyprus.
It is our intention to purchase our own building at Farnborough Airport within 2024 to re-open the Integer Wealth Global Ltd and Integer Wealth Capital Ltd UK based operations there again. Details will follow in 2024. In the interim we are accommodated at the prestigious 'Hub', at the same address until we can finalise this acquisition.
