The page will be periodically update and fresh details will be added as the page is organic in nature and we will endeavour to disclose all the information which has a public client interest, and which are allowed under our GDPR and Privacy Policies.

Our entry level investment funds which we create for our clients begin at €200 million (Euro) and the cost of such a fully operational and fully capitalised investment fund cost is currently, at the time of this message at 0.1025% of the target value of the investment fund from 01 May 2026. This cost will change and fluctuate from time to time as influencing factors develop within the markets and external influence to the costs of operation and setup across our Service Provider and other contributors to the creation of an investment fund.

 Although a fund may be somewhat smaller in requirement to begin with, and optionally below €100 million, we would propose that you rather begin with an entry level fund of €200 million and build up the asset (project) values accordingly over time, should you not have this entry level value of projects established yet.

It is in any event that you would need to add an additional credible project on an annual basis from year two onward too, and the cost of setup of a €100 mill fund and a €200 mill fund are the same, as you will see in the ‘Fund Structure Calculator’ which access detail is added below.

Consider that all investment funds are registered and listed in Europe. Listing refers to the fund ISIN number and not an IPO and the fund is listed on an appropriate stock exchange for visibility and transparency: https://www.integerwealth.global/about-us/legal-policy-segments/

This section illustrates the most common policies to which both IWG and our clients must adhere to, and this section is mentioned in the mandate agreement too. Please read through this section and familiarise yourself with its content.

To continue into the process from thereon, it will begin with your office requesting us to begin a process of establishing the parameters and components for an investment fund with the target value which you require, i.e. €200 million up to €900 million via an email to us. Investment funds beyond the €900 million threshold are split into more manageable funds from thereon which also creates less risk in each investment fund.

In example a fund requiring €1,5 billion would be split into 3 x €500 million funds and grouped beneath the client’s own umbrella fund which will then have multiple investment funds in it with each fund having their own projects and assets and can also have multiple industry sectors too.

A formal ‘Letter of Intent’ will be issued to you the client, from our Executive Committee (EXCO) panel, and which is issued through our ‘Compliance Department’. This marks the beginning of our formal engagement and appointment, all of course once you have indicated that you are ready to proceed, we will thereafter continue to a contractual level through a mandate agreement. Up to then, we will have had several meetings and will have expanded much on the processes involved to complete your onboarding process.

Note further that the investment funds which we create for our clients are all different in their purpose, design and execution. There is not one investment fund which is the same or even similar to another as they are designed for the express purpose of alignment of our investors, the investment fund, the projects within the fund, the fund return and lastly the objectives of the owner (you and your company) and in that order. Your fund will be designed and structured to perform in a unique manner and deliver a specific outcome and therefore cannot be compared to the performance of another fund or client either.

Two of the most important documents which are the ‘Sample Mandate’ and the ‘Sample Quotation’. Please note that the quotation is relative to a €200 million entry level fund amount. This is the smallest fund we establish for qualifying clients. Should these document links not be present in this message, these will be sent to you at a later stage.

The process from hereon will be issued via a separate message and documents, which we will discuss in our next meeting, a date to which we will send out an invite for shortly after you have indicated that you are ready to move into ‘Next-Steps’ via an email message to us.  

 

 

Once done, you the client will need to complete the application form beginning with the basic information so that IWG can open a file for you as a client. Kindly complete the online form and submit that through the website, however there is also an interactive form at the bottom of the page where you can download an interactive ‘Microsoft Word’ form and complete it, save it on your computer and then email the document and attachments to compliance@integerwealth.global  which may be a more familiar and easier process for you.

The final mandate agreement will then be sent to you through our DocuSign® or OpenSign® platforms for signature from our legal department, as also the invoice, which is sent from our accounts department, whereafter our journey begins.

Remember that an investment fund such as this is not based on or is debt structured, nor is it equity based. Neither IWG nor our investors require equity in the client or the client's investment fund's projects either.

Investment funds are there to provide a perpetual source of capitalisation for the client, and ongoing investment opportunities for us and our institutional investors over decades which is the investment strategy created for such investment funds. Once again, you as a client are obligated to add at least one new project every year, after year two of the fund being launched to maintain investor traction and continued growth of your investment fund. Returns are usually expected as a base rate of between 5% and 12% per annum and first redemptions to the investment fund is after year two of its existence. 

The entire process from when we receive the signed mandate agreement to the first available capital according to the ‘Fund Structure Calculator’ in accordance to your collaboratively compiled 'Draw Down Schedule' is an average between 3 and 5 months with the fund having its first target available then already for distribution into your assets (projects), with all processes included within this timeframe.

We would be ready and able to provide you letters of confirmation and letters of assurance to the creation of your investment fund as also the confirmation that the investment objectives will be reached should all conditions remain credible, for you to issue onward for external assurance purposes. 

To reiterate gain, the current cost of setup at the time of this entry to this page is 0.1025% of the target quantum of the fund i.e. €200 million or whichever value you the client requires and 'Is Refunded' to you as the fund cannot launch with any debt, therefore the first payment the fund must make is to you or your organisation for the refund of the setup cost.

Creating an entity such as a bespoke investment fund through which capital will flow requires a lengthy relationship and investment funds such as these can operate in perpetuity and provide a lasting legacy for the owners and the businesses that their investment fund represents.
